1. The SniperLeads Service

SniperLeads provides a high-frequency notification engine for freelance projects. By accessing our platform, you agree to use the provided lead data for legitimate business purposes and your own personal freelance applications.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SniperLeads to:

• Reverse-engineer our internal API discovery engine.
• Attempt to "spam" the Freelancer.com platform with the data we provide.
• Redistribute or sell our lead alerts to third parties without an Enterprise License.

3. Subscription & Speed Tiers

Our service is billed on a monthly recurring basis. Access to the Elite (Instant) and Pro (5m Delay) channels is granted upon successful verification of payment. We reserve the right to revoke access if a subscription is canceled or payment fails.

4. Accuracy & Uptime

While SniperLeads is built on an ultra-fast API architecture, we provide our lead data on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We strive for 100% accuracy, but we are not responsible for project cancellations or client behavior on the Freelancer platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

SniperLeads and its operators shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, projects, or reputation resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
